British Forces Scooter Club.........

Just wondering if anyone remembers or has a connection with the British Forces Scooter Club?

Only recently found out that a mate helped set the club up.  It would be great to hear any stories/see any photos you might have.

(I believe they're still going as the Armed Forces Scooter Club.)

  • Hi all just to answear the above Question above.

I am a proud member of the British Forces Scooter Club a small club formed by British serving and ex servicemen who were mainly the founding members of the Armed Forces SC who were all based in Germany in the same area around 2002-2006 and all riding together for years putting the AFSC on the map however due to the AFSC opening its ranks to so many non forces people, ie: nurses, policemen, firemen etc etc and anyone else the president at that time fancied making an honery member in his attempt to make it the biggest club on the planet, a few of us broke away and formed the British Forces SC as I said a small club of around 50 members at the moment who all know each other and who ride and attend rallys together when possible, a brotherhood that you will never find in any other scooter club. we get together at least once a year, this year it is at the Scooter Dive rally in Aachen Germany although the past few years we have met up at the IoW rally, the club membership is by invite only, to become a member you have to be invited by an existing member and put up for vote by the rest of the club, if you are interested in being a member its easy just get to know us and if you will wear the British Forces Scooter Club patch with real pride you are half way there.

  • Sandy,

the two organisations are, due to politics and bullshit, entirely separate, although I do believe some people straddle the line and have feet in both camps.
